In designing this building we were asked to provide 9 luxury apartments which would function perfectly within its trendy location of Hoxton, NE London.
The external cladding is a modern composite material, which is fully bonded to a simple lightweight steel frame system. The finish gives a very contemporary style and feel to the building.
Our design process for each apartment was to maximise natural light and provide an outdoor space by way of a balcony. These elements were coupled with a strong emphasis on sustainability.
